Ciprian Dumitrache (b. 1976) is a Romanian painter.
Through bright colours, indeterminate lines and irregular shapes, Dumitrache’s paintings translate an often exuberant fragility of existence onto the canvas. The work Things that are not forgotten may be read as dissecting the human psyche to its core memories that animate the things around us.
Exhibitions of Dumitrache’s work have taken place across Romania in cities such as Bucharest, Buzau, and Alba Iulia.
