Ștefan Constantinescu was a Romanian painter. Also known for his mosaics and murals across Romania, Constantinescu was a professor of Monumental Painting at the National University of Arts in Bucharest. Constantinescu extended his painting techniques to his other mediums in which nature is the prime subject. Constantinescu was widely exhibited throughout his career, both nationally and internationally such as in Hungary, Italy, the Soviet Union, Bulgaria, Austria, and Germany.
