Description
Miruna Radovici is a Romanian visual artist whose practice develops an auto ironic and critical universe through painting, drawing, ceramics, textile, sound, installation and video. Holding an MA from the National University of the Arts in Bucharest, Radovici works through a personal mythology in which animals, humans and landscapes enter unstable relations shaped by language, violence, companionship and emotional projection. Her paintings often feature hybrid figures, unfamiliar corporealities and ambiguous forms of contact, while her mixed media works extend the pictorial field through ceramic elements and found objects. Across her practice, personifications of flora and fauna become part of intimate visual narratives in which estrangement is treated as a form of relation rather than separation. Radovici has exhibited at Krupa Foundation in Wrocław, the Romanian Art Dealers Fair in Bucharest, Malmaison Studios, Galeria Posibilă and Romanian Creative Week. In 2025, her work was presented by Suprainfinit at Liste Art Fair Basel, one of the key international fair contexts for emerging galleries and younger artistic positions. She has also presented drawings and performance at Semaine Folle, Institut Supérieur des Beaux Arts, Besançon.
